Anyway, I am taking over this one.
In November, Kim's girls E & E turned 5 & 6. Yes, they are only 53 weeks apart, so they have the luxury of having joint birthdays, at least until they know better!
Kim decided on a Glamping Birthday. I loved this theme.
So fun and lots of details that can be executed.
We started with the invites.
Half Full Martini designed the perfect invites for us.
Jennifer is such a doll and great to work with.
Do you see the chevron! Yep, we finally got to use some!
Camping Tents welcomed all the little campers to Camp E 2{squared}.
{I can't turn this one for some reason...I'll wait a minute, while you turn your head!}
The moss covered E and 2 were adhered to fabric and framed, being the backdrop for the table. We draped chevron fabric from the bottom to the frame out to the front of the table.
{Blogger is driving me crazy. These pictures, will not line up} UGGG.
I loved using the tin cans for chex mix and pretzels. We clipped them to wire affixed with a decorated clothes pin! Love!
Tin cans also served as risers for the food table.
We dipped marshmallows in teal chocolate and stuck them with twigs.
Cast iron skillets served these cuties! The kids loved this.
Using the Starbucks bottles covered in fabric, we served lemonade and sweet tea.
No drinks these days should be served without a striped straw!
Jill with Peas and Thank yous designed the polka dot labels.
Aren't they a fabulous fit?
Each child made a bird house to take home in these simple bags.
Again, tags made from Peas and Thank yous. Jill rocks!
Entertainment by the Memphis Aardvarks. They were so fun and the kids had a blast.
Stay tuned as we recap and catch up on our parties from 2011.
